Co-Founder / Care Director

Cathy has worked in the care industry for 30+ years as a frontline carer. Cathy like Daniel has seen some good care and some bad and it is Cathy and Daniels dream to own their own care company to show exactly what good care should be and be a beacon of light in the care industry.

Down time....

Cathy is usually found spending time with her grandchildren when shes not working. Cathy enjoys photography, walking her 3 dogs and spending time with her husband.

Beth has been brought up around the care industry. Beth used to go around in the car while Cathy attending to her service users and as such they wanted to meet Cathys children.

Beth has invested in Peace Haven Care to enable Daniel and Cathy follow their dream.

Down time...

Beth is found most of her down time spent with her Nieces and Nephew. Family is what keeps Beth driven and spends most of her down time with them.

Director

Kate is a qualified Nursery Nurse and started her work in Child Care. Kate received her BSc (Hons) Degree in Social Studies in October 2021. Since then Kate became a Director with Peace Haven Care and started her career in Adult Social Care. Kate has since shown compassion and dedication with her role and was invited to become a Director sealing Peace Haven Care a real family business.

Down time...

Most of Kates down time is with her partner and 2 children.

Kate enjoys taking her children to experience new things and new places.

Registered Manager

I am Clare, I am very excited to be the Registered Manager for the organisation. 

Having previously enjoyed working with Daniel I feel as though I am returning home to a role that I am extremely passionate about. 

My intention is to combine all my experiences working within health and social care from the past 15 years, into encouraging others to explore the diverse and extremely rewarding roles within this sector. I believe that everyday is a learning opportunity, be that a technical skill or the honour of hearing about the life of an individual they supporting. 

I have enjoyed roles within nursing/care home settings, brain injury services, domiciliary, and hospital environments. My management career has offered insight into a wide range of complex needs including clinical (management of nurses), paediatric and adult packages of care.  I hope that alongside continual professional development of my managerial and leadership skills, I will become a professional specialising in dementia. 

Born and raised in Cornwall my favourite place is by the sea, rain or shine. When I am not getting sandy with my young family, I love and have an unexplainable ‘need’ to paint, to get lost in a world of colour and possibility. 

I adore to read. I set myself a challenge that this year and further more would read a minimum of a book a month, 10 books in, I am ahead of schedule. Recommendations welcome. 

My commitment to all at Peace Haven Care is to always conduct myself in a candid manner with the well-being and personal outcomes of both clients and employees at the centre of everything.
